Account Registration and Management

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is against nabu88 rules and may result in account suspension or termination.

• Accurate Information: All information provided at registration must be truthful, complete and up to date.
• Password Security: The user is solely responsible for the security of their account. Use a strong password.
• Third-Party Use Prohibited: You may not allow anyone else to use your account.
• Update Account Information: If your personal details change, notify us immediately via live chat.
• Account Verification: Full identity verification must be completed before the first withdrawal.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Deposits and withdrawals on nabu88 are processed through popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).

• Minimum Deposit: ৳300 for each method.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500.
• Accepted Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Usually completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals to Own Account Only: Withdrawals must be made to the same person's account used for the deposit.
• Suspicious Transactions: In the case of fraudulent or suspicious transactions, nabu88 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals until an investigation is complete.

Any charges imposed by the bank or mobile banking authority during a transaction will be borne by the user.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

nabu88 provides its users with various bonuses and promotional offers. These offers are subject to specific terms and conditions.

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000. Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — total ৳2,000.
• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered 15 times before withdrawal.
• Bonus Validity: Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; once expired, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bonus Abuse: If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account will be suspended and the bonus forfeited.
• Whether multiple bonuses apply at the same time will be stated in the terms of the relevant offer.
• nabu88 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion — advance notice will be given where possible.

VIP and Loyalty Program

The nabu88 VIP program has three tiers. Users can move up to a higher tier through regular play.

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.

VIP benefits are awarded based on user activity and at the discretion of the platform. nabu88 reserves the right to change VIP tiers or adjust benefits at any time.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure:

• Playing games using any software, bots, scripts or automated methods.
• Exploiting any technical flaw on the platform; any winnings from such activity will be voided.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Claiming bonuses repeatedly using multiple accounts.
• Fraudulent collusion with other users.
• Harassing or insulting platform staff.
• Providing any form of false information.

Intellectual Property and Content Rights

All content on the nabu88 platform — logos, graphics, software, text and design — is covered by nabu88 intellectual property rights. Users may not reproduce these for any commercial purpose or without permission.
